What Do You Use to Edit .FLV Videos With?

Can you recommend a good, simple, easy to use video editor with which I could edit .flv videos? Are there any inexpensive programs out there? Or is there by any chance a simple freeware that can do that? I'm looking for just basic editing operations, no heavy special effects.

Checked it out, but it doesn't look like it has an option to watermark the videos or blur a part of it or apply similar simple effects. Are there any tools (even paid) that would do that easily? Preferably nothing too expensive (not sure I want to shell out for Adobe Premiere - not even sure if it allows for .flv editing anyway).
