What do you use to create Wordpress themes?

What kind of software do you use to create Wordpress themes? What do you use to edit/create graphics? What do you use to edit code?

I use Programmer's Notepad and Adobe Photoshop.

An easier route to start with might be the Headway drag and drop theme, though.

 

Catalyst wordpress theme (not an actual theme its a developer theme that adds more options to wordpress), Notepad++, Photoshop.

 

I use Dreamweaver web designing application for coding and template designing. it is best web application.

 

Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver is popular. I like use them to modify the themes. The notpad to me is a little difficult

 

Use Context for your code to create/edit code for your template and then Adobe Photoshop for your graphics and Filezilla to upload/download your pages/files etc.

And you have some wordpress framework or...?

 

Oh btw if u go with Catalyst wordpress theme you may want to grab the dynamik child theme for catalyst. It adds even more options (catalyst adds core and advanced options to wordpress and dynamik adds dynamik options too which makes it even easier to make a site and allows you to directly export what you made as a wordpress theme.)

 

There are many platforms for designing a worpdress theme. Its as per your ease to design in Photoshop, Dreamweaver or html with notepad++.

 

im use dreamweaver + photoshop + Corel etc

 

there is drag and drop method in wordpress through which you can use themes.

 

Have tried many and settled on:
Artisteer for themes and XARA for graphics.
Results may be viewed with search for: emvwebsource.
