    On both my sites i use CMS based on phpBB. I like phpBB because code structure is really easy to follow and customise for newbies. Unfortunately can't say the same about drupal and joomla...

    I use frontpage to create my websites and various hosting
    depends on what I need.

    Usually the one for all round service and websites if I need
    them as they have unlimited bandwidth.

    For static web page design Dreamweaver is gud... For dynamic pages, go for asp or php with visual studio or plain php editors respectively.. My site was designed with Dreamweaver. gonfsmostwanted[dot]com....
