What do you use to accept payments? I use paypal to accept the payments because is it most faster than all, it takes just a little bit fees.
Most often Paypal, but anywhere where I'm dealing with high sales volumes (I'm a web developer) I'll encourage the client to use a payment processor associated with their bank - Such as FirstData for Bank of America, or Chase PaymentTech. You can save a lot of money by going through one of the aforementioned, and the money goes right into your account.
I use Paypal and Alertpay. Because I am verified with Alertpay, they allow me accept ceredit and debit card payments as well as from Alertpay accts directly. hamlak

Currently Paypal is the best way to accept payments. But i am using Paypal, Alertpay and Moneybookers.
I use paypal, 2co and GoogleCheckout... I prefer 2co and Google over Paypal but everyone has Paypal so it's a must have...
It depends on what services do you offer and what countries are your customers from but in general the combination of Paypal, Skrill (Moneybookers) and 2checkout works perfect for me
