What DON'T I use it for! I created a political blog, and cited my positions with search results from Google. It's like having an old fashioned library card catalog on just about any subject in the world right at your fingertips. (For younger DP members, a card catalog was a pre-computer cabinet with drawers containing a manual data base in the form of cards for all the lirbrary materials cross-referenced by title, author, and subject.)

Well I am using two SE Google for quality resutls and mysearchfunds for earning some money. Google is best SE for me.
normally to search fo some info i need to know/do a report and some sites or service that i could use. also for warez sometimes.

I use it for everything. I've been sticked with google since i've started surfing the net, it's the best. I literally look for everything.

I use a search engine for pretty much anything and everything. For defining, as some of you said, and just looking for restaurants in the area maybe, and looking for certain services. Things like that.
