what do you use for tracking

    Hi,

    Anybody using this kind of trick to track or know the clicks on the links which are in the pdf files. Actually I have written an ebook, I have few links in it which are linked to internal pdf pages. What I am lookin is to track the clicks on these links so that i can know which links or the content a user is interested in.

    use links to your own site , then redirect to affiliate site if you need to?

    My site it self is a pdf which has around 80 - 90 pages, each page of this pdf has links that will take a user to other page with in the pdf and not external. so how can we track this?

    any software or plugins for pdf?

    i am trying to figure this with analytics dont know if it works.

    Analytics works on html or some other webpages so you much change your pdf to some webpages so that you track those clicks
