    I use core ftp its free also I have use everyone out there and they all seem to be the same, freaking slow when I upload, I upload allot of video tho

    I use CuteFTP, and I've never had a problem with it. I've also used FireFTP, which is nice too.

    I use cuteftp in win and gftp in linux, the second is a very good alternative to manage files using shh.
