Ok, Alert Pay may also want to see a site & last I heard they don't allow adult anymore, but you can sign up here for a personal account & then ask them what their terms & conditions are - http://www.alertpay.com/?1654

I may have other alternatives for you down the road if you want to shoot me an e-mail at Michelle at rapidfinancialsolutions dot com but right now I only have merchant accounts.

    Hope that helps.

Thanks, I have opened an account with them. They have a personal starter that doesn't ask for a site. Their official forum here doesn't look like they are doing well at support, or payout. I'm not sure if that is just a few out of millions complaining though. I recieved a pm from the forum staff that bussiness development wanted to talk to me about my requirements. For some reason I had been upgraded to a bussiness account. I sent an email to the Bussiness devopement manager and let them know I was only a personal starter account. I only needed an account to recieve funds. I will see what they say when they answer.

    Thanks again.

    Hi there!

Although we don't offer 3rd party credit card processing, Paxum Global Ewallet Payment Service does provide you with an easy way to receive instant Peer-To-Peer (P2P) payments.

We have Pay Now Buttons that you can connect to via API/IPN for instant delivery of digital goods, as well as instant receipt of payments.

We never charge you to RECEIVE money. All P2P payments are free to receive at Paxum.

To send money, we charge a $0.25USD fee per transaction for personal clients, no matter how much money they are transferring. We do not have percentage based fees on our P2P payments.

We have a very small blocked country list, in compliance with current UN Trade Embargos, there are approximately 13 countries on that list.

Paxum is incorporated in Canada and registered with FINTRAC as a Money Services Business. We are used by thousands of affiliate publishers, traffic brokers, domain hosts, and more.

We also offer a referral program, so you can earn money by encouraging your friends, family, colleagues, suppliers, etc, to start using Paxum!

I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to get in touch!

    Thanks,
    Ruth Blair :)

I've only used PayPal and once Escrow when I made a big purchase. The fees were pretty high.

    Moneybookers.com is a good option :)
Payza sucks, support sucks, can take up to three months to respond to a request for help, withdrawal of funds, big problem.

    Regards :)

I use Moneybookers for last two years, haven't got any kind of problem while transfer or receive or withdrawal payments.
