First of all you should take the blog from romanian as you write in english, (Miercuri si vineri )
You should change the design, the back ground kills the eyes, is to strong, change with a softer background.

I would recommend you to try putting back the dominance of the sites space from Google ads to the content. Its really annoying. I know that getting some extra cash is necessary but try it with smaller, but colorful ads, unless your main target is to harvest accidental clicks.

I would either make your background image tile-able or don't repeat it and fade to black. on large screens it looks bad

 

It looks good! but I think you have to change your Ad placement (you may place it right side or top and bottom as a banner). It looks odd for that Ads. Otherwise everything looks good. thanks

 

Little better. But I would get rid of it totally. It's just doesn't fit. That's my opinion.

 

The problem is that i get a good ctr with that ad, but if i remove it drop a lot.

As few have already said, you should not have ads now itself. You have posted only 5 posts and not itself wants to earn money. Please remove it and try to select a template which doesn't looks transparent and blur... All the best

 

There is have tons of healty style blogger free templates. Just search and find them.

Your template is a default blogger template and it's not tell somethings about your specific subject.

this is pretty good I really like it what I'm sure if you make a very simple header or logo it would look 10 times better.
