    Undeveloped website, don't know how it got google PR 3.

    The PR3 could be because there was a website before. If you want to keep the PR, I suggest you post fresh content daily.

    Actually website before was nothing more than logo and email. Though it has back links from few website one of them has PG 4 maybe that's why.
