    So

    I registered

    Enomonline .net .org
    fedexblog (all3)

I am thinking pretty choice domains if I develop them.. or even resell them.

Anyone put a figure on what some of these may be worth?

I don't think that these domains are worth anything above reg fee to a reseller as they all violate copyright and trademark laws. ;)

Thats the most insane thing I have ever heard. Registering a domain name has nothing to do with copyright and trademark. What if I was a fedex employee (which I am).. or even an plane enthusiast. There is no laws regarding or even laws governing domain registration.

Why do you think companies pay brokers and consultants such highly outrageous prices for domain security on the Internet?

You sir are an absolute idiot.

Your attitude will never allow you to be successful in business or marketing of any sort.

First of all, welcome to domaining and DP. ;)

FYI: Trademark law does apply to domain names and FedEx is definitely trademarked and not owned by you. Believe me, it is not worth your time to register any trademark infringing domain name. This costs a lot of people headaches and legal fees down the road, should the trademark owner decide to go after the domain.

I recommend you check out this article which covers what can happen when you own trademarked domain names; http://www.web-source.net/trademark.htm

In the future "you may want to consider searching the Trademark Electronic Search System, http://www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm prior to registering a domain name. By researching the trademark regulations and knowing your rights, whether you hold a trademark or a domain name, you may be able to avoid the possibility of litigation."

Just trying to save you a lot of wasted time and effort, but if you choose to keep going after trademark infringing domains, then by all means proceed . . . Good luck to you ;)

Great job linking to yet another generic article submit site designed to generate revenue. The article is bland and lacks anything informative. Secondly your implying that US law governs the Internet itself... which it does not.

I have been dealing with this these types of arguments for years so don't get me started with copyright and digital infringement.

The only reason why some US suits have been lost in this area is because people are unwilling to accept the pressure from big companies and also general knowledge of the digital world by Americans is extremely low and most don't understand these arguments or how the Internet works... not including the fact that mosts people can be corrupted quite easily. I think they call it making a profit off of someone elses name. I mean if you spent your time and money creating a name for your business and someone came in using your name in a domain for a financial gain then you would have a legal case against that person. This is why you can't use a domain with famous names in it because they will sue you and win. Just ask the guy who tried to use lycus101.com to make money and was sued by Tom Lycus. I'm not a lawyer but I think jordanb27 is on the mark with this one, anyway it wont hurt to do your homework before spending time on this.

You seem to be a pretty tough and wise guy. Why do you need to come here for appraisal?
