In my opinion, it's kind of large and ugly. The colours don't really look good and the logo is below decent. You should also add a CSS rule for links to make them different from normal text.
I use Internet Explorer. I would add the email registration and send the code to the member by email.

As a web designer it doesn't really incorporate any attractive features, sorry to be honest. But You seem to have the skill but not really an understanding of what an inviting website should be like. Maybe a different colour scheme or Web 2.0 features would be nice. e.g. reflective surfaces, better shading.

Nice. I like the design even though some do not. Buttons at the top could use a little work though to blend better and look less like separate images. The functions, I'm glad to say, are pretty good for the most part Tried a simple PHP injection with nothing but failure! Change the color design, change the banner and add more posting. And also remove the testing portion on the left
