I've been contemplating bankruptsy, and I dont know what to do. My family and I are about to lose our home, cars, and belongings because I live in a place that is depressed, with no jobs, everyone is unemployed. My only source of income is my side job of making money on the internet. I found some really great assistance blog ( moneyloansfinance.blogspot.com )for lower and middle class, check this out and let me know if you think I should use it or just claim bankruptsy rather than racking up more debts... There is some really good loans, assistance, and grants available but I'm not sure which one to pick. Can someone help me??? suggestions of other types of loans , grants, and assistance??
Any way to talk to someone locally that's either a lawyer, CPA or financial planner as to what your best interest is, specifically to your situation? Those are big decisions. Sorry to hear it's so rough.
