I am using a weight loss pill, named Slim Tone Now, and it really works. Even I did not think to use it before. I am totally not agreed to take any pills before my doc suggested me to take that one. And really it works. SLIM TONE NOW. Check it online and give a review, if you want.
i agree to the suggestions that regular walk, gym,yoga,swimming,aerobics are helpfull to loose weight. say no to the junk food,drinking,and over eating.intake juices,salads and a lot of water with small portions of food.starving is also not good for health. we loose weight and health both in this case. weight loosing pills can cause kidney failure. i have witnessed example of a friend.
what about the herbal tea? i have heared that they are also helpfull to lose weight. but never tried.
Ya herd a lot about herbal tea like green tea, white tea. Donno if they are good enough but would surely like to try them out.
I try and cut out junk food as much as possible and go do muay thai and mma at least twice a week at my local gym.
the home suanna kits ......are they really helpfull? plugging the electric wire on and sitting inside it make me feel a bit uncomfortable ....... i mean chances of an electric shock??????

H.I.T. or high intensity training. You can do this with many different types of exercises, so it works well with whatever you want to do. The basic idea is to go "all out" and give it 100% intense effort for as long as you can, usually less than 5 or 10 minutes, as opposed to, say, "moderate" exercise where you might work out for 1-2 hours at 60-70% of your capacity during that time.
