I would like to your opinions on what you think would be the best ppc sites to build. I'm looking to build a webiste that allows visitors to be directed to other sites and get paid from it. a friend of mine startedhttp:// www.devilscabi.net which os basically just a gossip site where he copies content from other sites but he makes around 5 grand a month from this one.. any suggestions on a non-adult site? Adsense is on TOP of everyone.....and after adsense Bidvertiser is the one that really pay higher click rate...

Well low click payment has never bothered me its the TAXID thats annoyed me thats info i dont feel comfortable giving out and it pays to paypal. So include paypal and no tax crud and id personally try it out.
Adsense is definitely the place to start. Other than adsense I've used Bidvertiser + Adbrite + Chitika successfully.
