    I do not know what are your abilities in terms of web development but I will be honest and realistic... in my opinion, this would be 3/10.

    - Very simplistic (in a negative was);
    - Boring navigation;
    - Images used as a table border;
    - Poor (no) design;
    - Limited colors;
    - Some content, etc

    2/10 - You need more content! You want your visitors to come back more then a couple of time if that in you case. It looks plain witch is not necessarily too important but if you have like no content it is. So add more stuff to your website, the more page views the more money you can make. Good luck
