Remember this was a hot topic in months past. And the real danger is this: If you had a great website, that once had AdSense or YPN on it, and your domain (website, etc) got banned by AdSense or YPN for any TOS reason. You decide in time to sell that domain, website etc...

Some guy or gal finds your website for sale, and thinks 'hey... I can buy this whole domain, website, etc... and put AdSense or YPN on it, and start making money right away. So you buy it, place your AdSense or YPN code on it. Then AdSense or YPN sees the old domain, website etc, that was banned by them, is now showing ads again. They don't care if the domain has a new owner...... once a site is banned it's still in their records. So now this site is banned again, and you have lost your whole AdSense or YPN program.

Beware....... of buying whole domains. websites etc....... for adsense or ypn purposes

I don't think what your saying is true. Google does not ban websites. They only ban publishers. If you run adsense under a different user name, it is absolutely fine ;)

    I support maldives point.
If the websites are banned for the lifetime then we will need new TLD's soon as the number of publishers getting banned is increasing.
They just Ban the Publisher with his name , address thats it

We have been through this a lot before, It's up to you........ I wouldnt buy any domain or site, and put adsense or ypn on it. If it was banned, I would still say it can get any new owner banned. There must of been something about the website that got it banned ?

When I build a website, I just build it for the fun of it, and my aim is getting it up on time. I don't look about the money that I might raise via it. It just comes in when I think the time is right.
