I think it is a lot better, but maybe a bit long?

The internet is fast becoming the most popular way for home buyers to search for and get information on Real Estate for sale. This medium is becoming even more popular than print publications such as the Property Press or Property Guide. This is due to the convenience the internet has to offer, the internet can be accessed from anywhere at any time and can hold far more information.

www.RealEstateWhangarei.co.nz is a new innitiative run in Whangarei for the Whangarei Real Estate Sector. It features the ability for you and your fellow Real Estate Agents to list and market Real Estate via the Internet. This service is best described as an online Property Press, however, unlike the Property Press you are not limited to the amount of listings you can make, nor are you charged per listing.

In these troubeling times it is becoming widely recognised that collective marketing is far more cost effective than individual marketing efforts and allows your marketing dollar to be stretched even further. This method of advertising is being addopted by Real Estate Agents all over the world.

One question I am frequently asked by Real Estate Agents is:

"We already have a website, why would I want to advertise on yours?" - The answer is simple. We are a society of convenience. We like everything to be in one convenient location, we don't like to have to search for what we want. This concept also applies to the Real Estate market. We don't want to have to go to ten different agents websites looking at properties, instead we want to go to one concise resource that has everything we need. I am to provice this service for the Whangarei District.

As a Real Estate agent you will not have a lot of experience in Online Marketing. Without this experience the internet can be a very confusing place.

Let me do what I do best so you can focus on what you do best.

Usually I would charge up to $500 per agent for an annual Membership and $5000 for an office. For a limited time I am offering never to be repeated prices for unlimited listings on my site to celebrate it's launch.

Agents pay only $200 for an annual membership
Offices pay ony $2000 or $200 per month for an annual membership

Remember, the earlier you get in the more market share you will have.
