I am a computer science student who is about to graduate. I designed a website as a starting point for my graduation business. Please help me find out where I need to improve or where I am lacking. The website is Land Loan Calculator:https://www.finance-calculator.org/land-loan-calculator. I always feel like something is missing, but I can't put my finger on it.

It looks very comprehensive and easy to understand. I like that you give the calculations.
My eldest recently got her first mortgage and her partner was dismayed when the first payment went out and he saw just how little was actually applied to the loan. It's good to have it in a graph.

I would highlight the header and the footer in the light version.
    The dark mode is OK.
The rest is very good, I like it.

All looks good to me - there's nothing negative to say here - all the links seem to work, as do the functions on the site.

There's a few accessibility items you may like to address, though:

Your calculator takes a "Loan Amount" as input. However, for a land loan, users often start with the total property purchase price and then factor in a down payment (which is frequently higher for land loans, sometimes 20-50% or more, depending on the land type). The calculator doesn't allow users to input the property price and a desired down payment percentage/amount to then derive the actual loan amount needed.
