Hello DP, I am making a new website, it's not up yet, the URL is https://fortninja.com. I made my own logo, might buy a professionally made one eventually. The target audience is teens, trying to make the logo look cool and new. Website background will be black when finished, white text, logo at top of every page. Here is the logo, tell me what you think of it. Feedback is appreciated! Thanks! -Tony
The logo is a little hard to read at first glance. Especially the A at the end. The J in the ninja looks like an "i" with an underline under the word Ninja. I think you are going for a hi-tech bamboo style with this? And you can remove the .com, since it is a logo.
try something more clean and easy to read... you have some nice logos based in this category that you can find easily in google. Just search for it and take some ideas and mix it with yours to create something unique.
I will try to use all of your suggestions! I'll make the A easier to read, and the J a more obvious J. I also debated removing ".com," which I think I will do. Thanks! What might I search to find such a logo? Thanks to both of you! -Tony
I personally couldn't read it and dislike it as it doesn't look professional, I suggest you Google Ninja Font or use DaFont and find a Ninja or Japanese/Chinese type of font. I like the Gang of Three font which is the font used in the Fruit Ninja logo.
Sounds great, would I have any copyright issues with those? I looked at dafont.com and it looks promising.
Don't believe you should have a problem as it says Free and doesn't say anything about whether it's only free for personal use. To be honest I'm not too sure about it.
It's an unusual font. If you are targeting a specific crowd then it's OK. If someone comes to play video games to your site, for instance, then it's not a problem. But, let's say, if I stumbled accidentally across your site, I would probably skip it because it would be too much of a logo for me.
