Hi all, I recently started to think of a plan to funnel in some money. My plan is to start with a post that is has some affiliate links within the content itself. The article is about top wordpress plugins. I was thinking to strategically target traffic to the article. I was thinking of buying some ad spaces on a wordpress-related blog. What do you think of it? Also would solo ads work for an article. I was thinking solo ads work mostly for growing your email list, but would it work for some sales through an article. Please let me know what you guys think.
Just make sure that you advertize at related websites as without targeted traffic you won't make much. Use a friendly theme and make something like a ranking (Top 10 plugins for June)
this is a great strategy, truth is i can't think of something more to say, apart from trying to miximaze your profit!
This could work great. Don't get distracted by any other 'money making techniques' and put all your effort into this one plan, and you'll do well.
It's also a great way to get traffic but you need to make sure that is those article website contain lot of your target traffic ? It would be great you add one video while it bring more call to action toward your affiliate .
It looks like it would work well. Just know that running a small test is better than over-thinking and delaying the plan. Try it out and see for yourself. There's nothing better than actual data.
Sounds like a good plan. Just make sure you write unique content and I would suggest using the Google Adwords Keyword Tool to find good keywords to target for your articles.
I think there needs to be too much converting. Like you have to get people to click on your ad, then to actually read the article, then to CLICK on the link AND then hope that they buy w/e you are selling. I think this plain can defiantly work, however it just seems like so much work, and so much of your results is not up to you.
