Hiya guys, Just a quick thread to generate some feedback regarding one of the sites I am currently SEO-ing! I would appreciate any comments regarding the design - I had a little input on that too. Drop me a reply here on DP. If you feel you can contribute to any of the blog articles written on the site too, feel free. It would be great to get the thoughts of some other people! Shouldn't this be in the "reviews" section of the forum? Anyway, it's alright, it's really boring though. The white text on your menu bar makes it pretty difficult to read, but the black is too. Your right sidebar is really boring. You should definitely do something to spice this up.
I like the design. Bears a good professional image for a SEO company. Don't fall pray to jealous bad comments. Good luck
good design, my suggestion is to display more informative slides in your front page slide show rather than plain simple pictures, prolly you can photoshop some slides for your ss slot. bol
Your header is the best thing I like about your design. The photos you've used in the slide show are very positive and bright. Though, the font is too light. Why don't you make it darker?
Thanks for the comments so far - any other opinions would be greatly appreciated! Apologies if I posted this thread in the wrong section - I'll bear this in mind in the future. Whilst the site has made massive steps forward from where the previous design was, it is still not set in stone. I agree with i.run.shit that the sidebars are a little boring, and we are currently working to develop more engaging content within these spaces. I also feel that Lyzaaaa got it right saying that the header is the best aspect of the design. We continue to improve the site, so look out for it in the future. I like the overall design, but you should pay a little more attention on readability. Maybe you can add a background image to your menu items if you hover your mouse over them.
great looking site. it's very fast loading (i'm only in glasgow so it should be ), clear layout, consistent theme. changes i would make - move some of your js to an external script rather than internal - the orange nav at the top of the page, i would suggest moving the darker part of the background up so that it makes it easier to read the white text
Design:10/10 Content:8/10 Content is OK but you could add more.You shouldn't waste such a good website template.
