    What do you think of this logo below?

    It is for my new (under development) website ChilledLime.com

    What are your suggestions to improve it?

    try putting a stroke around the text - it'll give it a 2.0 look.

    It is very simple. It is not much fancy. Moreover, the text is very simple text.

    Perhaps consider adding a graphic element behind, or to the side of the text? Even a simple circle in green might evoke the lime.

    I agree. I would add a circle, square or a line. It looks a little plain just with text. What is your business about? For example, if its lemonade business (I know it's not but just as an example lol) you could add a cup of lemonade lol. Good luck ;)

    Thanks everybody for the replies. Halifaxt, my business (or much more my new project or my new website) is a totally new concept and it's almost ready :) . So I need a simple and clear logo.

    Anyway on the site (which is not about lemonade :) ) people can start (create), join (reply to them), vote and browse arguments. If you would like to check it, go to: http://kornel.zool.klte.hu/pub/akos/index.php (It is still on a subdomain, just setting the nameservers), enter the site with this code: efv76zhn3.

    I think the first one is better. Does it signifies beverages?

    The first one is cool but I would make it transparent for the "lime" text and the background.

    Its better with green background oval. Because its more attractive, and you could use green oval for fav icon or small icons.
