I was going to start a Posting company. So people with forums can hire the staff that I have. So it would probably be about 10 Cents per post or maybe less then that 5-10 Cents per post. depending on the topic, instructions you want us to do etc. FAQS: How will the staff benefit from the posting?: All staff will get 5 Pence per post. 20 Posts = $1. The rest of the profit will go to me as the owner of the company. So anything from 1 Cent-5 cent for me. After the job has been done I will get paid and I will send the money straight to your paypal address with no questions asked. Working hours for staff Working hours depend how much you can post. I'd want you to set up your own staff email at our website that you would check so once an Order has been put in I can email you straight away with all instructions on what to post and how/when. So you could get anything from 1-20 Jobs per day which could potentially earn you up to $40 per day. No catches just posting. Benefits for people who employ us: Quality posting. Between 2-5 Minimum Lines per thread and post. So thats over 50 words per post. Please let me know if you think its a good idea to start this website.

5 cents per post isn't much. I think it might encourage staff to post low quality posts just to inflate the number
If the staffs are regular salaried employee 5 cents per post is not bad, just make sure to manage quality of the post.
Nice idea, if you can build a great site for it. But you will have to raise your rates, even kids won't work for 5 cents per post nowadays. Also how much input do you expect to get for 5 cents? Probably rubish, three words posts, copy-pastes of articles etc.
