    I built a website where users can submit their link and get reviews.
    The link can be any type of content: website, article, video, music, and anything.
    I want to focus on just website reviews. Do you think it's a good idea or should I keep it general?
    What keywords should I target for SEO? I am planning on targeting "website reviews". Can you visit the site and tell me if it's a good idea?

    Are the reviews public? Could be considered negative SEO if people pile on with negative comments.

    No they are not public. I did not want that to happen so I made it only visible to logged in users which means they won't be indexed.
