It's cool. Maybe the "pages", "calenda" and "blogroll" should be above the fold. Otherwise everything is very good

The design is cool and but what i personally feel is, you should use orange and green colors in layout both the colors.

Monker, thanks so much for helping me to correct on grammar though, guess I'm too tired of getting the works done and forget about the grammar thing offshore web development, a little orrange seen to be nice though, I'll try to change it and see zplitstonez, i've customize the link and give a very light changes to it when you hover, perhaps, you hardly see it, well, what customization of color do you mean here? does overall color match? how is the graphic like logo, banner, flash banner on every product page? (when you click on page menu on top) appreciate more feedback here
Personally I think there is too much going on at the top of the site. All the green + images, kinda makes my eyes cross and I have to look real hard to see what I am looking at. You have a lot of good info there, and its a great start, but I would try to think harder about the end-user, where their eye will go, where they will get lost, etc.
Not a bad start. I would make the very top more appealing then a white bg. Under the menus is nice and clean except the squished images of the people. Its very noticable. I would resize the images to look proportionately. As I said you're off to a good start.
Color combination is good for the segment you are targeting but I feel the first four banner images are too big and should be reduced in size.
Too much advertisement and images... It makes the site run slow... I just notice that the size of your header title is almost the same as the other fonts.. very confusing which is which.. This image what you can do is, you can make this as an image " Why uses us? " and the rest plain text.. you can save storage and for faster viewing.. layout is ok.. 3 column is very ideal...
I like the design, although the entire site seems.. well in your face. Everything really stands out and competes with each other. Also it seems to be slighty skewed. I think some else has mentioned this though. Good job .

Oh, its cool and the theme perfectly matches the nature of the business. But just wondering the 2 columns at the right side of the web page although it does not has any contents. Its making the site scroll vertically.
