I think the arrangement could be better. try putting the 2 big visual at the top and the "live support" button looks like an ad

Hmm..i think the cartoon charatcer makes your site theme looks less mature..Perhaps you could work on that?
Looks nice and professional, but a little too busy for me. Arrangement could be better as stated above, but overall it is very nice.
I think the "live support" button could be lined up at the right. Otherwise, the bottom under comments looks a little cluttered. Great job though - I like the cartoons but am not sure how relevant they are to hosting

Exactly. Those toon characters looks unprofessional and because of those, the site looks dull. In place of those try to put any 3d glossy effects images.
