    Just to add in one thing... getting hosting outside the US won't make you immune to copyright infringements. You and the company would have to officially be based outside the US too, and even then, it would depend where you were.

    Be sure to have an actual lawyer go over this stuff with you before launching it to make sure your ass is covered!

    just to tell you, some profs do run suspicious papers through copy checkers... And they are better than you think at picking out suspicious papers
