Without looking at the sites I've gotta say - great domain names. GreekHomeRecipes is good. I like the header and the overal design, although I think a really good idea would be to put one of those Greek style patterns across the header area. I don't know the exact name, but you often see them on mosaics and walls. (http://artlandia.com/wonderland/glossary/imgs/GreekKey.jpg) One thing that could be improved would be the text over the header. It's white, and it clashes with the background image. Some image placements aren't so good - the Technorati button being one of them. You can fix this by removing the border and then perhaps centering the image. I also like the strategic placement of the AdSense banner along the left before the navigation. This will maximise your earnings (and it seems to me like this is your main priority), albeit at the cost of decreased ease of navigation as the user will have to scroll down to get to the navigation links. The "bookmarks" section could be improved by removing the image borders and then centering the section as a whole. Failing that, just add a bit more padding on the left so the images don't stick to the edge.

thnks rushi.....hmmm...a few people have told me about blognerds having "dark" background....i figured since it was a "tech" site it would be ok......u think i should make it white?
I checked out BlogNerds... I love blue, but I think the blue/black combo in that site makes it a little too intense... and i have to agree with will morgan, "blognerds.com" what a great domain... hold on to that gem and sell it in 10 years then retire haha...

Hi tonyfloyd, I had simply given my opinion on black background, but you should think what decision to take. otherwise do one thing, if more people are suggesting you to make it white or some light shade, then try it and again ask people to review and then make final decision. hhmmmm.... well I will vote for lighter background
tarponkeith....yeah...i also am starting to see that the color combo is a bit too intense....will work on it......so...retire in 10 yrs off of blognerds??....hhhmm....was hoping sooner.... where would i be able to get some honest "appraisal value" for this? thnks! tony

I love food so naturally Easygreekrecipes is nice. It reminds me a little bit of Allrecipes which is good that you can review the outcomes.
