    Hi guys,
Recently I've been coming across sites that make the adverts REALLY subtle.
    2 examples are:

    http://www.butgames.net/
    http://www.thinkarcade.com/

What are your opinions of these types of sites? "Clever"? "Scummy"? "Clever but gonna get banned from adsense"?

P.S. Could ONE person (unless other people are genuinely interested) click on the advert on the top middle of www.pirate-land.com because I want to see what rates I can expect from oxado?

    Thanks,
    Dom

It's been confirmed that putting images next to Adsense ads this way is a violation of TOS - there's been a DP thread about this earlier, one webmaster actually got a warning from Google to stop doing this.

I don't think you should ask people to click you ads.

I agree 100%. In regards to the subject of this post there is a difference between blending your ads and hiding your ads. The examples you given are deceiving and purposefully hiding the ads, I'd be pissed if I was a current adwords customer in this niche.

I suppose even though it's one click it's still incentivising clicks.
I'll take that out of my post :D

    I'm not WITH adsense.
The whole point of me asking was that I heard oxado have really bad rates and wanted to see for myself

The Adsense is not relevant to the content at all.. I'm seeing ads about advertising balloons - but the first site you listed is about games..
