You should include the Site Name for the sake of your visitors. When search engines become part of history, your site name will remain in the minds of the public.
Take it out. You have other means of getting your directory name to stick in the minds of your visitors. Use keyword tools to get some more ideas on what to shoot for. You are on the right track but get more keywords - I can already spot a few that should be on that list.
