So I made a new logo, what do you think?

 

The gray background and the white makes it look dull.

Try some other color combinations

 

How about now? I added some white with a black dividing line.

Please please tell me what it needs. I am not a designer and don't have the money to hire one!

 

If this is the best you can do, I suggest that you get free Wordpress. You don't need any design skills with WordPress.

I like the lay out of your site but i think the colour of background and fonts must be more attractive
