Nice, Only thing I would say is to make text larger in the bottom right of page

 

as one who doesn't know that the Scarsdale Diet is, I think you need a big obvious link somewhere to a page that explains the basics. Otherwise, it all works.

 

I agree with wespj I think you should be more specific when you are explaining the basics of this diet.
