Well if it was supposed to look like or resemble something then I could rate it on that.
As it stands atm it's just looking like a bit of brush work and a some text. Childs play.
So because of that. (And that you never said why you made it) I'll give you a 3.

is tibia help some type of just brand name or does it have something to do with the bone tibia? but by the signature alone i wud say maybe a 6, because it does look good!

my rating would be 7/10 I like the background but the text is
not so effective. You better enhance the Text effect..

 

I think you need to emphasize the title of your site. Don't blend light color to light color, you need to darken the background coz' your site title is light color. Try to put something that will attract the viewer, slogan would work. Incorporate the background to its title, there is no resemblance. I only see abstract image that would make me think that you are marketing abstract image or tutorials.

use grafitti fonts and some cool text effects.. and animation if u know how to use it

to much effects, no depth, text is to bold and doesnt look good and there is no flow or good lighting source sorry man not my style...
