    Hello everyone,

My name is Joe Hall. I am pretty much brand new here. you can read more about me in the introductions section. However, why i am here is, I have recently written an article entry for Andy Beal's contest on his site MarketingPilgrim.com My article is titled, "A Bulletproof SEO Strategy For Real Estate Professionals". I am sure that soon enough my entry will be judged to the fullest, however, I like to get well rounded second opinions in everything I do, so that I can improve the next time around. Therefore, I am here to ask for advice and hear everyones thoughts on my article.

    Heres the URL:

The most important part of that article is the mention of Geo-targeted keywords. We specialize in Geo-targeting but generally avoid the relator's group. Here where I live In Tucson Arizona there are over 7,000 relator's so it is very difficult to get traction in the SERP's. However, if they are willing to Geo-target much smaller areas of town or large subdivisions they can be successful.

However, I have yet, to find any one who is willing to do this. They all want to be found by searching for "Tucson Real Estate Agent." So that's just not likely to happen, unless they have deep pockets and a lot of time.

I have found that when targeting geographic words using PPA services like PayPerPost helps big time.

Google considers Pay Per Post a paid link and you know they don't like that. You might look for better options. Your ok if the link is "No Follow."
