    Overall I think the forum looks great the template, the color scheme, the page layout and the graphics
    looks nice.

    The template is great but:

    Try to make your links SEO Friendly and ... those image on each category, try to make all the same size

    Nice design and good layout. I think you need to keep the homepage menu with the content itself, don't split it. Try to use different image in the footer section.

    Avoid adwords. Here are some good ways to advertise a forum:

    -Buy/exchange with relevant sites.
    -Advertise by word of mouth.
    -Hold contests periodically.
    -Participate on other related forums that allow a signature link, but do not spam.
    -Create a fitness/exercise demonstration video and submit to youtube with your link featured on the video.
    -Tell your friends at your local gym.

    And walla. :cool: Just the basics really.

    Impressive logo, eye catching top end design, great colors but I don't like the messy headings brown text on black bg too much. Good luck with your forum.
