What do you think of my Adsense placement?

I've been playing around with Adsense Referrals and have been trying to get the click count higher. I have gone through and cherry picked high performing ads that match my site. I am trying to give the referrals another try, got a $60 click the other day. The funny thing is while I have moved most of my ads to referral my earnings from the few regular (non referral) ads have gone up strangely. Anyways check out my site and tell me what you think of my placement.

I'm assuming you mean the site in your signature, the ad placement is not that great. You need to utilize the other ad formats, 160x600 isn't going to cut it out in left and right sidebar. Try using the 250x250 in your paragraphs, maybe a 468x60 on the top somewhere.

the man before me said almost everything. You can read many blogs where you'll learn exactly how you should place your ads.

Well I have been making over $15 a day, and I have tried all the above. When I put up a banner at the top of my page the CTR plummeted. There is a referral link in each post near the "Check it out". I just changed those from CPC to CPA (referral) and am measuring that revenue. Strangely I get quite a bit of clicks off of the 120 X 600. I actually added the right side one today just to see what happens.

I might try and remove both 120 X 600 sidebars tomorrow just to see what happens.

It's your site boss, you do what works. All sites are different and perform different.
