guys i wonder if you can help me out i am doing my dissertation on why many bricks and mortar (offline) business fail when trying to create and online presence (website , blog)

web 2.0 can be many things, depends which aspects of 2.0

 

im looking at the more interactive side of it like forums, product videos , social neworking etc

 

It is a revolutionary change in Business and it is indicating of the future Business trends.

 

i think most offline businesses do not understand the benefits of using the Internet at all...
