what do YOU think my site is worth?

Recently I've grown apart from my 1st website http://www.techstocksinvestor.com and wanted to sell my baby, but have no idea what to price it at. Ive visited some website selling sites and the prices seem outrageous for the site quality. So I was wondering how much do you think I could post my site as.

Visitors:1000 UV/month
PR: 3
Listed in DMOZ: Yes
Pages:104 fresh pages
Income: 100$ a month
Average PPC: 3.50$
Hosting: Comes with one free year.
Backlinks:Google 32
Yahoo 651

Domain: techstocksinevstor.com from godaddy

nice layout...i guess you must be making huge dollars..I think there would be people ready to pay 1000$'s for such websites..

 

I can't see why you'd like to sell if its earning you that a month?

or are you having to put alot of work into it

Why don't you try keeping it ? It will earn you more then you selling it!

Your website is really good. Especially the good use of advertisement will help you to promote you website in very short period of time. keep it up.

 

3 times your yearly revenue would give you a conservative guidline for pricing.

 

You should definitely keep it if it's not too much trouble at all to maintain!

 

I would say $1000-$2000 range

 

Income: 100$ a month - That's the key to your question!

I'd work on the layout and make it slick, modern and clean...

Then aim for four digits and see what offers come in!
