I realise this is for domain appraisals and so here is mine - currently, $xx - very low $xxx. Having said that I think you are failing to use the domain properly. It cries out for development more in keeping with the name. Make it heat-related; houses, factories, space heaters, processor heatsinks, etc. - take your pick or use them all. I'm fairly sure it would earn a decent income and increase the domain's value substantially. That's my opinion anyway.

Domain alone, I would say mid to high $xx.

The site, I think you've done a great job with design, layout, articles, photos in articles. The number of quality articles is great and the user interaction is good, hard to come by, I'd say for the site you'd be looking at mid to high $xxx.

Great Job on developing the site man!

I was actually looking at your site earlier today from seeing it in your sig on another post, and read through some of the articles, great site!

Thanks glad you enjoy it! As for the content not matching the domain, almost anything is brandable.
