What do you think links from article and directory are equil?

what is better to make article submissions or directories?

 

Well I used to use article directories all the time but now I mainly focus on article directories and submitting links to high PR blogs. You can get continuous traffic from an article, especially when an ezine picks it up and uses it you can get a huge boost in traffic.

To get my websites indexed fast I actually never use directories submissions anymore.

 

If you have unique and useful article, you can try article directory and you will get backlinks and also traffics... I myself prefer article submission.

 

Choosing good directories is very important, but regular article posting is also important. Depending on your current situation (website, niche, goals...) i would setup a system to use both

 

Why not have both? Article submission as most people do it (1 article being submitted to 100s of directories) may not give as much benefit as unique submissions can.

I rely heavily on directory submissions and do moderate amount of article submissions.

Both are good if you choose good and quality article and directory sites.

 

I use both and to be honest not one of them brings you strong links, not even DMOZ. Anymore Google is looking for in-content links and links from authority websites. There are only a few directories that do you much good even though it doesn't hurt to sign up for a few here and there. Article directories can bring you a small amount of SEO value over time but should be used more to establish yourself as an expert in your field as well as bring some traffic to your page.

 

Directories are better if they have some PRs.
