    I actually like Swishmax but I know flash is sometimes frowned upon because it's not good for SEO.

    I prefer to use Flash Professional CS 5.5.It's the most popular web-desing software... because of the fantastic animation!!!!!

    Dreamweaver is the best web design software.

    The thing is that it supports all formats php, asp etc all in one go.

    and it is also very easy to use and understand.
