Do you guys think that if I have an ID number in my site url is better for google bot ?
For example this url domain.com/hey-key-1324.html is better than domain.com/key-key
    or domain.com/key-key.html?

I've personally stuck with domain.com/hey-key-1324.html. It's always been good for me in the search engines.

I think it will make no difference as long as you include your keyword in the URL.

Make it small and better. You can also use subdomains.

I always prefer to leave only keyword after domain and as I know this is search engine friendly...
