Overall it looks pretty good. I think your header is too big though. It seems strange to have text, the menu and then a header graphic. It wound be better if the graphic was above the menu with the text incorporated into the graphic. You should probably stick to one language throughout the site. By using two languages, you are blocking content to half of your users. Your blog looks rather generic and could use some customization.
On the website there is some negative space at the top of the page above the header you should remove this space. I think you should increase the size of the font on the page it's a little too small. I think you should get a different theme for the blog.
Not bad but you need a header graphic relevant to your site and also to eliminate the lorem ipsum text on the side.
