1. lose the 'effects' - you need something simple. This looks too 'adorned' and it's not a good look for a logo. 2. try to get an 'icon' of some sorts. It would help out a lot. 3. organize the text so that it's catchy and not so long. 4. maybe try to make it in a 'vectorial' program (Corel, Illustrator, Inkscape - this one is free). This way you cannot use too many effects and you'll be forced to make it simple. 5. look at premium logo sites to get inspiration and see how the current trends are now.
It's looks beautiful but not professional. i like color combination verymuch. Logo style is very old.
It reminds me of the 90's for some reason. Like the bevel tool was just invented and names that start with the letter e were still cool.
Although I think it's got great colors, shinny effect that brightens up the page, it's way to big. Basically most logo's are simple, smaller, eye catchy too. I'd recommend doing that smaller, maybe using acronym of company and stack more to even out the height vs width of logo. Good luck!
