Hello all. I just recently bought ondly.com may I ask what do you all think about this domain ? and How much do you think its worth ? Thank you
Well done buying that - it's a goody. You could use a subdomain to created sec.ondly.com or f.ondly.com and build a brand around them. They will, however, only maximise their value when you find a buyer with a specific business idea so you may have to hold on to it for a while while you wait for the buyer to turn up. I'd buy it from you right now for a lowball amount but you'd be wise to hold on to it and wait.
Godaddy's estimate: https://www.godaddy.com/domain-valu...?checkAvail=1&tmskey=&domainToCheck=ondly.com Since you've a got a website set up it'll go for a bit more. All depends on the right buyer.
Short domains are good, I like them. But most people want keyword rich domains. I cannot see any in that domain of yours. Someone could build a brand around it, then it becomes useful.
Don't trust services with domain appraisals. At Godaddy, almost any 5 letter non-vocabulary domain is worth around $1000.
@kacimoodz I am not sure why anyone would want that domain now, at this point. It does not resembles any brand, nor is there any business on the site which someone can capitalize on and build their own brand around it. Some short domain lover might pay something around 100 dollars, may be. There must be so many other 5 letter com domains. I got one too, and that one has keywords too, but adult ones, easily brandable as social network or adult site. Then I got similar 6 letter domains. Nobody bought those so far from me, at good satisfactory price, so am not sure who will buy this one for anything more than 100 dollars.
