I don't see the point of this domain.
First, its never a good idea to use some other company's name in your domain.
When and if that company finds out, they can claim the domain based on trademark laws and get your website shut down.

Second, anybody sensible will not buy a domain like this from you, for same reason as above, so you cannot sell it either.
So what is the point of having it?

I think always to use a unique domain name. Otherwise, it sometimes becomes the spam. And this domain name dot land I don't think you should buy. However, it is my personal view

before registration on this domain name, did you check out that someone also having a same domain name. yes, so you should complain against them after that's sending a legal notice for defamation. to claim you are a real owner of this name of domain.
