Clean,simple and to the point. Perhaps lacking on your keywords a bit but nice. If anything I would think SEO a bit more. Well done...
I liked the color, just that bottom banner is not looking very nice. May be changing the size of banner or something can make it more beautiful.
I visited your complete website, you have chosen good color for your website but I think home page is not so attractive to make it more eye-catching try to add some colorful image and sticky content.
I like it better than http://www.rapidshare.com/ PR 6 - #17 Alexa Rank PS: Notice the one difference with them is they identify what they are a bit better. Might be something to be learned there.

Maybe space all contents out abit, it looks like all are squeezed together. But after all it's still a nice design, good luck.
The design looks very nice and clean. You may want a little more description of what exactly your site does for those that are new to the concept. It would also increase your SEO and help you improve your rankings. Other than that, it looks very clean.
hey, for me it's nice, pretty clean. just found 3 things that aren't fix. 1. login button 2. select a file to upload button 3. and the space between the banner and link at the bottom. cheers,
I too like the design. The bottom banners divert a little bit too much attention IMO. I guess mainly due to their size relative to the page content. Btw, I would advise you to be very careful with any domain that contains "Bay". I just recently read about several examples where Ebay went after the owners of similar domains and made them shut down. They're very adamant about this.
Wow are you serious about this... That is really ridiculous though.. how about the millions of combinations that may be made with the word... i do not think they have the power or the right to do that. > ****I hope i am right about that lol ****
Add some style to the navigation links...by the way it reminds me of the default WordPress theme (kubrick). It actually looks like you borrowed though I'm sure it's just a coincidence.
this is really nice design and even logo, but i think you should remove adsense from main page, this will be more professional look after that...
