I have an idea to develop various websites, i.e. some kind of informational resources, fill it with interestin content, promote in web properly and then sell to people at a good prices. What do you think it is profitable business or not? Will it justify all efforts and time spent on website development, content creation and promotion? Thanks.
Content is king. Unique business concept is the fastest way to get the ball rolling. No traffic, no sales. Therefore, the best shot is rank well for your targeted keywords and you can think about everything later on.
While you cant predict the future you can plan and decide now just how much effort you are willing to put into the idea. By the way it's called flipping, as far as im aware, when you build up something to sell it on at a profit, people even do it with property. I think it's a good idea, like anything in life theres no guarantee, it's partly down to what you put into it. But if you do go ahead with it, then best of luck and success to you.
The idea is to develop an interesting site from zero, then promote it in web properly and sell it to somebody as a result. I am just wondering if this business is profitable or not?
Ok, what kind of a website it is better to develop first in order to sell it in the future? Any suggestions?
Great idea. But I think it's not easy to achieve. The problem is how can you get this resource and make them valuable?Still wish you good luck.
Yes this business idea working but you'll need a lot of time spent to promote the site alone. I would suggest you economic of scale by developing many site at each time so you can maximize your earning.
It sounds like a good idea - but lots of work. You could try it & see how it goes. Selling the sites would be the hardest part
It's good but depend on the nature of website's business. If business is good then you can sell your website at good prices.
Find a good Niche! Any attempted business venture is a good venture. Experience is key to running a successful business! Even if the venture does not make you money...if you learn it'll be a success. The more you know, the more you learn, the more likely you are to have a financially successful venture in the future.

Yes, but we could consider it as some additional work. If for example, develop 2-3 websites and work 4-5 additional hours per a day on website promotion. Will all these efforts be justified after websites are sold - the question is?
