What do you think about purchasing articles with one link, only to your website?

A simple question, is it possible to link only your site to a purchased article, without placing other links to trust websites? And do that with all purchased articles? Isn't it strange for Google that from these articles there is only one link to your site with the dofollow attribute. And in general, can there be an article with more than 500 words with one link?

All depend on how many of those articles you are buying. If buying few articles here and there, there will be no issue. If you are buying a lot of those articles and that's all you do for your link building campaign, that will certainly raise a flag with google. Diversify your link building portfolio to avoid trouble with google.

If you are buying articles or guest post, try to buy from sites that will allow multiple links. 1 link to your site and couple of links to authority sites or to your T1 link pages would be a safe bet.

Thank you. Naturally, I also post other types of links, we are talking only about articles. But no matter how much I ask different people, everyone was equally divided into two camps. At the same time, everyone refers to their experience, but there are no experiments and Google patents. Maybe you know something?

If you do this occasionally and not too often, there you won't have problems with it, as the real issue would be if this would be your regular practice as then Google could recognize it as a spammy activity, so just make sure not to overdo it and you'll be safe.

What strange to me is that you want to purchase articles. Let's say 100 webmasters bought the same article. The end result? Penalties.

What do you suggest? You can describe it in detail, it's not very clear.

Do you mean buying one link per article or a lot of links?

Few of the 1 link article is fine. If all you have is 1 link articles, it is not natural. Your link building profile need to look natural so that it doesn't raise a flag.

I myself buy articles with 1 link from time to time if that's all the site admin offers. If the site is a good quality site and if I feel that a link from that site will give me some value, I will go ahead with 1 link article.

Long story short, if you have a diversified link profile, few 1 link articles will be fine.

This is all clear, I'm talking about something else. Natural or unnatural, this is logic. Is there any evidence for these words in an experiment or a Google patent? It's just speculation as Google thinks, and experience. Maybe there are at least the words of Müller and Cutts?
